We have important news: OutreachSystems is no longer a division of Softshare.
As you may have heard, Softshare was recently purchased by Liaison Technologies, a data integration consulting firm. OutreachSystems, however, was not part of that sale.
OutreachSystems is still under the same ownership it's been under for the last 22 years; it's still run by the the same great staff you've relied on for years; and it still features the same great WebCATS and bid matching product lines.
In fact, OutreachSystems' separation from Softshare should be mostly transparent to you, with just a couple of exceptions, as noted next:
- New phone and fax numbers. OutreachSystems' new phone number is 805-965-9695 and our new fax number is 805-456-0330. These new numbers encompass both the sales and support departments.
- Address all correspondence and make all payments payable to OutreachSystems. Although no longer part of the same company, Softshare and OutreachSystems will continue to share the same physical offices. For this reason, it's imperative that you replace all references to Softshare in your system with OutreachSystems in order to ensure that (1) we receive your mail and (2) we are able to process your payments.
- Direct all e-mail to the OutreachSystems domain. If you're still directing e-mail to addresses on the Softshare domain, update them to the OutreachSystems domain. For example, lenp@softshare.com should go to lenp@outreachsystems.com. Similarly, sales@softshare.com should go to sales@outreachsystems.com.
