How do I find all clients that were active on the Bid Match Program at some point during the year?
It’s easy enough to find out which clients are currently active on the Bid Match Program—just run the Bid Matching Clients report. But if you're looking for clients who may have been active at any given time during a certain date range, but have since discontinued the service, you'll need to generate the DLA 1806 (2007 version) scorecard.
To find the total count of clients that were actively bid matching at some point during a time period, select Scorecards|Generate Scorecard and, from the Scorecard Layout field's drop-down menu, select "DLA 1806 (2007)". You will then enter the date range that you are interested in, as well as any other run parameters and select Run Now. Then, refer to line 07c of the scorecard’s output. That’s the number you’re looking for!
Note: If you are using the DLA 1806 (2011), line 07c will give you the results for active bid match clients over the past 12 months. But if you are looking for a specific date range, this can only be generated from the 2007 version of the DLA 1806.
If you’d like to run reports on this group of clients, click 07c’s total to open just those client records in the client record summary screen. Once these client records are displayed as a summary listing, you can run any client report against them—or send an e-mail to them.
