Why can I link to some of the activity records listed for a client on the History of Activity tab, but not others?
This is a user permissions issue related to viewing another center's activity records. View permissions can be assigned on a per-center basis so it's likely that you have view permissions for your home center's activity records, but you do not have view permissions for other centers' activity records. If you would like to review your user account permissions, click your user name from WebCATS welcome page (also known as the dashboard), as shown in the next graphic. The welcome page can be accessed any time from WebCATS by clicking the WebCATS logo in the upper left corner.
